We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. This helps us accommodate other guests and maintain our schedule.


Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and a calm start to your service.


Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next guest’s appointment. Full charges still apply.
